| Company Introduction : | Shahe City Fangyuan Casting Co., Ltd. was established in 2003, we are a professional foundry of manufacturing castings made of ductile iron, grey iron, and other metal. We are one of the biggest manufacturers in the field of EN 124 manhole covers and grates. All kinds of our stamped, welded and machined metal parts are widely used in woodhouse construction, home and garden wares, water supply and drainage, medicine, municipal and environment-protection areas. Our company has the ability to manufacture all kinds of manhole covers, gully tops, and tree grates according to EN124 standard, and other city furniture such as benches, fountains, bollards, and lamp posts, with an annual production capacity of over 15,000MT. Our company normally produces metal products according to customers' drawings and technical requirements with a production capacity of 4,000 tonnages annually. Our company has attained ISO9001:2000 certification by the third party's quality assurance bodies of BSI and LOYD'S. At the meantime, most of our products have been BSI, ICIM and QAS certified. Our company believes in quality management and each cast product in the foundry is thoroughly inspected and checked by a trained and experienced inspection team. Every manufacturing process is closely monitored and documented. Each casting can be traced back for quality.
