The Kingsfield Foods Inc. was originated from IDAHMachinery Co., Ltd. specialized in manufacturing all kindsof feeding machine since 1973. As improper dieting ofconsuming too much ground meat in the past decades,consequently some serious illnesses, such as bird flu, madcow and foot-and-mouth had been spread all over the world.There has arisen a growing demand for vegetarian food inlieu of meat and sea diet.In response to this veggie diet trend, Kingsfield havedeveloped an auto computerized twin-screw extruding machinesuccessfully in 1996, which can effectively extrudemeat-like fiber from Isolated Soy Protein (ISP).In 1997, Kingsfield had been established. Especially,dedicated to research and manufacture various oriental andwestern vegetarian foods.Kingsfield Foods Inc. is located in I-Lan, northeast partof Taiwan, a region most famous for its unpolluted air andwater, factory site occupied a 10,000 square meters.
