Machine Function
Two directional drilling boring, chamfering, and component shifting are combined in this machine. Machining parameter can be set on PLC control panel to ensure better machining efficacy.
Components can be machined in a fast, precise, and low cost way. One time clamping ensure good accuracy. For different component sizes, the fixtures are easy to change, spindle positions are also adjustable.
Cycle time is 40~65 seconds per piece (depends on components) with accurate dimensions and great surface roughness. The production process is fast and stable.
