For different requirements, the machines can be designed in numerical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems with proper tooling and fixtures.
Most kind of material, whether it is soft or hard, metal or non-metal, can be effectively machined on our SPM. Auto loading & unloading is also possible when the shape of components is simple.
The machine is designed for two directional drilling, boring, and tapping in both vertical and horizontal way. Machining parameters can be set in the numerical control system with human-machine interface to make machining efficacy better.
Can be applied on different shapes for accurate, fast, stable, and low cost machining. One time clamping ensure high accuracy. For different components, the positions of spindles can be adjusted and the fixtures are easy to change.
Cycle time is about 40~65 second per piece (depends on stations). With high accuracy and great surface roughness.
