Ozburn-Hessey terminal B.V. is a fuel oil terminal in Rotterdam, which has a total loading capacity of 320,000 m3 and minimum of 4 million metric tons a year, was successfully commissioned and received an operation permit in 2001 from Rotterdam Port Authority which a pioneer in offshore storage in the oil and gas Industry.
