This kit was designed for do-it-yourself grommet repairs to tents, shower curtains, luggage, sails, tarpaulin, awning, and pool covers, etc. There are 24 brass grommets per kit and each grommet has a diameter of approximately 7/16-inch (11.6mm).
EGK-002 7/16 (11.6MM) kit contains:
1. 1 die.
2. 1 anvil.
3. 24 brass grommets.
4. 24 spur washers.
Instructions:
1. Mark for location of grommet on material.
2. It is recommended to use back of the anvil while cutting a hole. So put anvil upside down under the mark.
3. Strike die (A) with a mallet to make a hole.
4. Insert grommet (C) from below, placing it on anvil (B).
5. Put washer (D) over the grommet (C).
6. Insert die top (A) into hole. Strike the die (A) firmly with mallet until grommet fit tightly to material.
