Construction:
Polyester film dielectric with aluminum foil electrodes, radial leads of tinned wire are electrically welded to the electrodes, epoxy resin coating.
Application:
Widely used in DC and pulsating circuits of radio, TV sets and various electronic equipments.
Feature:
1. small size, light weight and low cost.
2. dissipation factor is small because of the leads are directly welded to the electrodes.
3. Epoxy resin vacuum-dipped enhance the mechanical strength and humidity resistance.
