LED-638T can test the electrical characteristics of multi dies LED:
1. VF (forward voltage), VZ (reverse breakdown voltage), IR (leakage current), DVF (difference of VF read value between 2 IF), VFD (transient VF deviation).
2. The tester can also test the optical characteristics of LED: LOP (Light intensity), £FP (peak wavelength), XYZ (co-ordinates on chromaticity diagram), £FD (dominant wavelength), Purity, CCT, HW (spectral line half width) etc.
1. The display is a 16 line x 40 char LCD.
2. At most 30 BINS can be sorted according to the test condition, plus NOGO and Bad-Contact 1 BINS. Data input is entered from front panel keyboard.
