Non Woven Chemical Sheets are used in Shoes Toe Puff and Counter as reinforcement material of shoes.
It is polyester non-woven impregnated with Styrene latex as stiffening saturant. It can be actiavted with solvent to soften the material ready for molding and generate adhesion.
Functions:
1. Strong glutinosity, well bonding.
2. High tensile, good breaking and peeling resistance.
3. Good in toughness, deflection and flexibility
Application:Mainli used for upper and hell of sports and leather shoes. For inner lining of various of briefcase and suitcase etc.
