EKT-2002FF flexing fatigue tester is designed in accordance with ASTM D4482 to test the fatigue life under a tensile strain cycle on different kinds of vulcanized rubber compound to determine the fatigue life at various extension ratios.
Each cycle consists of:
1. Increasing strain for one quarter of the cycle time.
2. Decreasing strain for one quarter of cycle time.
3. Zero imposed strain for one quarter of the cycle time.
1. Distance of specimen holder can be adjustable. 2. Cycle speed: 1.7Hz. 3. Test temp: ambient. 4. Testing extension ratio: 1.6 ~ 2.4. 5. Test specimen: dumbbell shape. 6. Sample holders: 24 samples. 7. Counter: 0 ~ 999999. 8. Electricity: 3 phase, 380 ±10V, 50/60 Hz.
