1. There are total 7 different plastic items for this portable CD burner. The material for all these plastic items is PC/ ABS, and the material for the small power light post in the center control area is PC.
2. Plastic injection molds for the inner plastic itmes in portable CD burner.
All of these plastic parts were made from 2-plate mold. Due to the items are easy to filled after analize, so we don't put the hot runner system into the molds. The lead time for these molds were around 30 days.
