TWO SPINDLE DESIGN
The rough and fine grinding process can be combined in single machine. The production efficiency can be improved significantly without changing wheels or shift components from one grinder to another.
Both spindles are supported by class P4 angular contact ball bearings, featuring excellent loading capabilities. Maximum stability of spindle is enhanced especially when performing heavy cutting.
Machine Body
Machine body is made by high-strength cast iron with outstanding mechanical design, the sink is specially made to separate oil and water for better circulation. The best rigidity, stability and accuracy can be assured in rough and fine grinding process.
Vertical & cross feed are controlled by FANUC servo motor, the 3-section pulse handwheel can make the minimum feed in 0.001mm. Longitudinal feed can be controlled either by hydraulic or by servo system.
MACHINE BASE
Double V guides with increased span provide rigidity, stability, and precision.
Huge fluid amount can be digested in a short time by both sides circulatory designed in double sinks. Less fluid splash makes environment clean and comfortable.
GUIDES
Wide guides with high-precision scraping, Turcite-B wear strips, and circulative lubricating system. Stable, durable movements can be ensured to maintain machining quality.
SPINDLE STAND
Spindle stand is composed of high precision linear guides and double wall body with big span. The support of spindle weight is monitored by positive pressure counterweight system. The stable machining feed makes precise fine grinding process.
Auto Lubrication System
Maintains the best flexibility, stability, and precision of the machine.
