PE surface protection film is used on metal and glass substrates. It is used to keep the metal and glass substrates clean and to protect from stains, abrasions and scratches during fabrication, transportation, and installation process.
1. Low tack PE surface protection film:
(1) Film material: polyethylene film (plain / blue).
(2) Film thickness: 50-80 microns.
(3) Adhesive: acrylic P.S.A.
(4) Adhesive thickness: 3-5 microns.
(5) Peel adhesion: 50 ± 20 G/25 mm.
(6) Holding power: 1 Hr (SUS 304 plate @ 80 degree celsius, 25x25mm/ kgf.).
(7) Tack: #5 stainless steel ball (30 degree celsius slope).
2. High tack PE surface protection film:
(1) Film material: polyethylene film (plain/blue).
(2) Film thickness: 50-80 Microns.
(3) Adhesive: acrylic P.S.A.
(4) Adhesive thickness: 8-10 microns.
(5) Peel adhesion: 400 ± 100 G/25 mm.
(6) Holding power: 1 Hr (SUS 304 plate @ 80 degree celsius, 25x25mm/ kgf.).
(7) Tack: #4 stainless steel ball (30 degree celsius slope).
