1. Application: This system is designed to cool and fold the rubber sheet discharged from open mill or roller head extruder after internal mixer. It is with cooling and storage of rubber sheet. Rubber sheet after cooling will be delivered to next process.
a) Mesh length can be made according to customer's requirement.
b) Cooling method of batch off machine is by fan, fan quantity can be customerized for different requirement.
c) Automatically grabbing device/swing device/cutting device/dipping tank is optional.
